Course Introduction:

This course is dedicated to learning "Etching·Latte Art" (carving techniques) in coffee latte art. In the shortest day (7 hours), you can learn more than 40 kinds of techniques from basics to applications, as well as high-art techniques that JSA is good at Design.

Compared with the "Free Pore (La Hua)" technique, which only uses the movement of the latte cup when pouring milk and the convection of milk to draw patterns, the "Etching (Carving)" technique is easy to use even for beginners, and can make A three-dimensional and colorful work with a great sense of design.

JSA's first beverage course was successfully developed in cooperation with Nestle of Japan.

This course is developed by using the "Nescafe Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine" that can easily enjoy all kinds of orthodox coffee at home.

Lesson1 "Etching (Basic) Kitten & Daisy" (45 points)

In this class, you will learn how to use machines, how to use tools, how to pour milk foam, how to make milk foam bases, how to draw with coffee latte needles, etc., the basics of "Etching・Latte Art" .

Lesson2 "Carving Technique Etching (Application) Bunny Hug" (60 points)

In this class, you will learn how to draw balanced illustrations, how to draw outlines, how to draw thin and realistic lines, how to draw characters, how to color milk foam, how to color patterns, etc.

Lesson3 "Painted latte art Cream Art (Basic) Plant totem and text message" (90 points)

In this class, you will learn how to make whipped cream, how to inject milk foam into the liquid surface, how to make whipped cream canvas, how to use tools, how to color fresh cream, how to draw flowers and leaves, etc. How to draw text.

Lesson4 "Cream Art (Application) 3D Rose Vienna Coffee" (45 points)

In this class, you will learn how to make gradient fresh cream canvas, how to make fresh cream suitable for squeezed flowers, how to color, how to squeeze roses and leaves, and how to arrange roses.

Lesson5 "3D Iced Coffee Latte Art (Basic) Unicorn" (60 points)

Lesson6 "3D Hot Coffee Latte Art (Application) Puppy" (60 points)

Since this work doubles as an exam for graduation productions, several regulations will apply. By holding exams in the course, you can start classes as a lecturer immediately after graduation. (includes certificate program)

In addition, it is not enough to be a lecturer after completing the courses. Only by passing the exam can you have self-confidence and continue to be active in this field as a lecturer.

* Course details:
1. In general, the last registration date for the course is 7 days before the start of the course.

 2. Once the course registration is confirmed, it cannot be changed to other courses or cancelled. All paid fees are non-refundable, and course places are not transferable.

3. If the student is absent from the class, it will be deemed as abandonment automatically. The tuition fee paid will not be refunded, there will be no make-up classes and no transfer to other courses.

4. The course enrolls students on a first-come, first-served basis. Places are limited, while stocks last.

5. If the course needs to be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or other reasons, the center will notify the student by email or phone at least 5 days before the class to cancel the course. Students can choose to enroll in the same course or apply for a refund.
