Q: Can I go to the store to purchase or pick up goods?

Answer: You are welcome to go to the store directly to purchase <<Address>> during the store’s business hours.
After placing the order, the order status changes to "Available for pickup", indicating that the order can be picked up at the store.

 

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

Answer: (Order online) Credit card / Bank deposit (BOC/HSBC) / PayMe / FPS / Octopus
(In-store purchase) Cash / PayMe / Octopus / Alipay / WeChat Pay / Tap & Go / Credit Card

 

Q: When will the products ordered today be shipped?

Answer: It will take about 1-3 working days to arrange delivery. If there is any shortage, we will notify you separately.
Normally no delivery on Thursdays and Sundays
If using express delivery service, the tracking number will be provided in the order

 

Q: Shipping method? How many packages will be delivered after shopping?

Answer: SF Express can be arranged (the shipping fee is only $30). You only need to provide the address at the door-to-door/self-pickup point.
