In Japanese, "Bi" comes from "clean and beautiful," and "Non" comes from "agriculture." Binon means "clean agriculture and beautiful agriculture."

Adhering to these standards, Binon strives to provide consumers with high-quality cocoa products (produced without the use of any chemicals).

「The cocoa belt, located 20 degrees north and south of the equator, is an ideal location for cocoa cultivation. Southern Vietnam lies within this belt. We establish direct and equitable partnerships with farmers throughout the southern region, carefully selecting high-quality cocoa beans and sourcing them through fair trade practices. We own our own cocoa farm in Ba Ria-Vung Tau and utilize an integrated process from cultivation to fermentation to produce chocolate that fully reflects the unique characteristics of Vietnamese cocoa.
