已烘焙的咖啡豆:數天後 (養豆) - 3個月內 ( 最最佳風味)
已研磨的咖啡粉:2星期內 (磨粉後風味流失得極快)

*商業包裝豆子一般會標示1-2年為賞味期限
最佳存放方法: 放於密封罐/袋,存放於通風、陰涼、不透光、遠離異味處

Best before date of coffee bean(For reference):
Roasted coffee bean:few days after (ageing) - within 3 months (best flavor)
Grinded coffee powder:within 2 weeks (grinded coffee powder will lost the flavor very quick)
*After best before date, the coffee can still be served, however, the flavor would keep losing
*Commercial coffee bean package usually show the best before date around 1-2 years.
Best storage method:
Store in the sealed bags or bottles, place in cool shelter and avoid sunshine, away from strong smell materials.
''One way exhaust valve'' can release the gases(CO2 produced by the coffee bean) in the package, and air would not get in the package. This kind of package can prevent oxidation effectively.
